Johnston is a doctor working for Armacham Technology Corporation at their Harbinger Facility.
Johnston is briefly seen at the beginning of the level Withdrawal, where he is held at gun point and he is nervously telling a ATC Black Ops Soldier that the location is secure and that he should talk to Genevieve Aristide. He is summarily executed.

- Even if you kill the ATC Black Ops Soldier, Johnston will still die but his quote will still be playing.
