John Breyers is a minor character from F.E.A.R.: Perseus Mandate, heard on a computer recording when the Sergeant activates it. Breyers appears to have had a key role in the creation of Paxton Fettel and his training for Project Perseus. He is killed by Fettel and his men when Fettel breaks free of his imprisonment and goes rogue.
