First Encounter Assault Recon, and appears in Interval 03 - Escalation - Bad Water. The message is from Iain Hives to Bill Moody in regards to a study being undertaken by Armacham Technology Corporation to discover why the Auburn District has remained abandoned for the past two decades. In the call, Hives ignores Moody's concerns, due to Moody getting too close to the truth of the secret Origin Facility and Alma Wade, both of which are causing the contamination, and which ATC wishes to keep secret.
