Auburn Memorial Hospital (also known as Auburn Medical) is a location that appears in F.E.A.R. Extraction Point in the non-canon timeline, and F.E.A.R. 2: Project Origin in the canon timeline.

The Auburn Memorial Hospital (which was already closed due to the lockdown by the Mayor's office) served as an extraction point for all Delta Force operators in the Auburn District after the explosion of the Origin Facility, with Point Man, Douglas Holiday, and Jin Sun-Kwon all trying to get there. After the Point Man is launched onto the hospital's adjacent parking garage (and seeing a group of Delta Force members being gunned down), he makes his way through a partially under construction/under renovation building that connects to the hospital via skybridge. This building appears to consist of hospital administration offices alongside office space leased out by other companies on seperate floors; one of these companies is the law firm Pearsey, Marling & Kelley (which seems to have Japanese origins based on the architecture), which own a small section of the building located near the skybridge. When Point Man finally reaches the hospital in Interval 05, he finds the remaining members of Delta Force dead and the hospital overrun with mysterious apparitions and Replica Forces; three team of Replicas (Blue Team, Red Team and Orange Team) even had the objective of patrolling the hospital in order to find him. It appears that small sections of the hosptial were damaged prior to Delta Force's arrival, as a hole can be found barricaded off near some elevators; multiple corpses of Delta Force members suggest they made a stand but were overwhelmed by something. While fighting his way through (and prior to entering the actual hospital), Point Man finds Jin dead, presumably by the Shades present upon his arrival, with her camera repeatedly taking pictures of her corpse.
Sometime later, Point Man reaches the life flight elevator, but due to Alma's influence it falls down to the hospital's subterranean morgue, where after some roaming, he is pulled into one final hallucination set in an antiquated psychiatric ward, where Alma holds the phantoms of Alice Wade, Bill Moody, Harlan Wade, and Iain Hives inside solitary confinement cells. Nightmares constantly hound Point Man in this place, up and until he witnesses both forms of Alma joining in a bright flash, whereupon she recognizes him as her son. Afterwards, the morgue returns to normal and Rodney Betters manages to contact him and tell him to go to the roof. Point Man escapes the morgue unopposed back to the now working elevator, which he takes to the roof, where a UH-60 Blackhawk Helicopter codenamed 'Little Bird' is sent to extract him. The Blackhawk is destroyed by Paxton Fettel, and Point Man is left to look over the burning remains of the destroyed Fairport.

Auburn Memorial Hospital makes a second appearance, this time in canon. This location looks vastly different than the first incarnation of the hospital from Extraction Point. This is, in reality, part of the Harbinger Facility. Looking at certain signs within the hospital identify it as Auburn Memorial. It makes an appearance in Interval 02. Just like its first appearance in the non-canon Extraction Point, most of the staff are killed, only by ATC Black Ops instead of Replicas and apparitions.
In Auburn Memorial Hospital’s façade, numerous ‘patients’ were subjected to experiments for Project Harbinger. The final (and seemingly sole successful) candidate was Michael Becket. Additionally, several deceased Delta Force operatives underwent unknown surgeries there, with some still in the process of being x-rayed by the time of Becket's awakening. The hospital also uses holographic projections outside the windows to create the illusion of being above ground. Several TVs were tuned to the local news reporting on a massive explosion that had sent Dark Signal to the facility itself.
The hospital, along with its sister facility, is eventually destroyed by Armacham demolition teams following a massive exfiltration of ATC Black Ops personnel. Becket narrowly escapes during the demolition process, which subsequently leads him to the Harbinger Facility (Outer Shell).
